SCHOOL CAN'T SEND CHILDREN OUT OF CLASSROOM, DIRECTOR AND PRINCIPAL CONVICTED BY A DELHI COURT

A Delhi Court has convicted the director and Principal of a school on the charges of causing mental trauma to a seven-year-old student for not allowing her to enter the classroom. They were given a two-month jail term for the misconduct towards the child, which is a crime according to the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Act, and also slapped a fine of Rs 2.5 lakh each to the Director and Principal of the school.
