RIGHT TO PRIVACY IS NOT ABSOLUTE RIGHT: SUPREME COURT

The Supreme Court said that ‘Right to privacy’ cannot be an absolute right and the State may have power to make laws and impose them with some reasonable restriction. The court made this statement examining whether it can be declared as a fundamental right under the Constitution.
