PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION (PIL) AGAINST OFFICIALS WHO ARE NOT RESPONDING ON OPEN BORE-WELLS

A Public Interest plea was filed by B Prakash, a practicing High Court advocate in the Hyderabad High Court urging it to hold officials responsible and impose heavy penalty on them for not ensuring of covering any defunct borewells.
