SPECIAL COURTS MUST BEGIN TRIALS AGAINST TAINTED POLITICIANS FROM MARCH 1: SUPREME COURT

The Supreme Court approved the Centre’s scheme to set up 12 fast track courts across the country to exclusively try criminal cases against 1581 politicians and directed that the special courts be made operational from March 1, 2018.
