12 SPECIAL COURTS TO TRY CASES INVOLVING NETAS AS ACCUSED: CENTRE TOLD SUPREME COURT

The Centre has told the Supreme Court that it will set up twelve special courts to speed up trials of MPs and MLAs in the country. The twelve special courts will deal exclusively with cases against 1,581 MPs and MLAS and to dispose them of within a year.
