CONCERNED PARTIES WILL HAVE TO APPROACH LOWER COURTS FOR REMEDY BEFORE MOVING TO HIGH COURTS: HYDERABAD HIGH COURT

While dealing with a case filed by a woman, the Hyderabad High Court said that according to Article 226 of the Constitution, the concerned parties will have to approach the lower courts for remedy before moving the appellate courts, and under Article 226 of the Constitution, the High Courts have got powers to issue directions to any person or authority, including any government to deal appropriate cases. The court made this statement as she has not approached the authorities concerned, seeking remedy to her issue.
