GESTURES ALSO VALID AS DYING DECLARATION, SAID SUPREME COURT

During Nirbhaya verdict, a bench of Justices Dipak Misra, R Banumathi and Ashok Bhushan of the Supreme Court said that a dying declaration should not necessarily be made by words or in writing and it could be also through gestures.
