DATE OF BIRTH CAN CHANGE WITHIN THE STATUTORY PERIOD OF THREE YEARS OF THE SCHOOL RECORD: HIGH COURT

While dismissing an appeal by a petitioner appearing for Civil Services, challenging an order in dismissing his petition seeking to correct his date of birth, the Hyderabad High Court has held that the request for change of date of birth can be considered only if it is filed within the statutory period of three years of the school record.
