SINCE PARKING LEVY IS ILLEGAL, COMMERCIAL MALLS USING SMART TACTICS TO COLLECT PARKING FEE

Some Commercial malls and Multiplexes in Hyderabad have started using smart cards to implement a token system to collect money instead of issuing bills, while others still blatantly issue tickets. Besides this, a judgment of the High Court on May 2, 2003, stated that parking fees are illegal.
