The Hon'ble Hyderabad District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum has pass direction to a Private Educational Consultancy to return 9 lakhs apart from 1.5 lakh to a student who wanted to admission into a medical college in Germany. The educational consultancy made a false promise to assist her in all stages of process including getting an invitation letter from college to a package deal for accommodation.
